Investigator-Initiated Research Portal
Welcome to the Bruin Biometrics’ Investigator-Initiated Research portal.
This website provides information to researchers interested in submitting a proposal to BBI for an Investigator Initiated Study.
At Bruin Biometrics (BBI), we are relentlessly committed to using technology to improve patient outcomes and advance the way that health care is delivered. By developing innovative medical device systems that can cost-effectively detect and monitor select medical conditions with urgent clinical need, we are doing our part to help inform clinical decisions, simplify patient care, and improve patient outcomes.
We also work to advance this mission by supporting Investigator Initiated Research, also known as Investigator Sponsored Studies. We are excited to receive, review, and respond to unsolicited proposals from qualified health care professionals, scientists, and researchers with promising ideas in areas of mutual scientific interest.
The investigator sponsored studies to which we extend support are those that are based on scientifically sound proposals to advance science, clinical medicine, and patient care. We also expect results from any research that BBI supports to be communicated in appropriate scientific forums. Responsibilities for investigators are detailed in the Investigator Initiated Research Guidelines.
